Spell Check Live! 2008

The 5th Annual Adult Spelling
Bee, Spell Check Live! 2008, was held Tuesday, August 12 at the Forsyth
Central High School Performing Arts Center. Eleven teams competed
for the Traveling Trophy and the first place prize of dinner at Tam's
Backstage Restaurant and tickets to a performance at the Cumming
Playhouse.
For the second year in a row,
the Blonde Bombspellers, representing Lanier Technical Institute, took
first place. Second place went to The Bee Givers, representing the
United Way of Forsyth County. |
